Our management team leads by example and often can be found in the field, working alongside sales representatives and technicians. Collin Scatliffe, Managing Director and Founder:
As DataPro’s Managing Director and Founder, Collin Scatliffe is responsible for the company’s business development. With more than 15 years experience in hardware, software, networking and support, Scatliffe directs the company’s overall vision and growth strategies. However, he is often seen out in the field as well, reinforcing the company’s hands-on approach and unparalleled customer service. Scatliffe earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems. Additionally, he is certified in Network Administration, Copier Repair, Web Design and Internet Consulting. Jeremy Sharkey, Technical Manager: Jeremy Sharkey serves as DataPro’s Technical Manager. He is responsible for the company’s sales and technical support team. With more than seven years of technical and sales experience, Sharkey has supplemented his expertise with training in Web site and Network Design as well as Hardware and Software Maintenance. He earned his degree in Computer Engineering Technology. Rhona Ramjitsingh, Office Manager/Marketing: Recently joining the company, Rhona Ramjitsingh is DataPro’s Office Manager. In addition to managing the day to day administrative duties and operations, Ramjitsingh provides customer service support to maintain DataPro’s high standard of client satisfaction. Prior to her position at DataPro, she worked in the banking industry. Ramjitsingh has eight years experience in sales and customer service. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Computing and Information Systems. She is also certified in Project Management. Our Technical and Sales Support Team: The backbone of DataPro, our technical and sales support team provides customers with the latest in technical innovation as well as consummate customer service.
Anna Sircaklus, Sales: A DataPro employee for over four years, Anna Sircaklus is a Sales Clerk. She places orders for clients as well as providing the appropriate follow up. Additionally, she processes company invoices on both accounts payable and accounts receivables transactions. She is currently pursuing her degree in Business Administration & Accounting at H. Lavity Stoutt Community College.
Stacy Baird, Sales: In Sales Support, Stacy Baird serves as a liaison between clients and distributors. Her responsibilities include order placement and delivery, inventory control, and accounts receivables. Prior to her current position, Baird acted as a DataPro sales clerk. Currently, she is pursuing a degree in Computer Studies at H. Lavity Stoutt Community College. Wynford Francis, Technician: In late 2003, Wynford Francis joined DataPro as a Computer Technician. Additionally, Francis acts as DataPro’s in-house technician and has training in programming. He holds an Associate Degree in Business and Technical Studies from Clarence Fitzroy Bryant College. Francis also has earned a degree in Business Studies. Loftus Kaiel George, Technician/Sales: Performing dual functions, Loftus Kaiel George serves as both Technician and Sales Representative. Primarily a DataPro Computer Technician, George has experience in Programming and Software Development. He has in-depth knowledge of Photoshop 6, Dreamweaver 3 and Flash 5. George obtained his Edexcel BTEC National Diploma in Computing (Software Development) from City & Islington College in London, England. Mitchell Gordon, Copier Technician:
Mitchell Gordon recently joined DataPro as a Copier Technician. Specializing in Kyocera Mita copiers, he has seven years experience. Gordon has supplemented his experience in the field of copiers through education. He has acquired various certifications within the industry throughout the years. Carlon Louie, Technician/Messenger: Carlon Louie also serves on two roles at Data Pro. He is a Technician as well as the company’s Messenger. Louie has vast experience in electronic repairs. | |
